Open a market
Opening a market costs 200 pts: 100 staked on the first outcome you list, 100 held as a bond that returns 6h after you settle (undisputed) or is forfeited if a staker disputes. When the timer ends, staking closes and you have 1 hour to settle, or the pool refunds everyone and you forfeit your 100-pt stake.
